Lucy Dress is an elbow length tunic, slightly fitted in the arms and chest, and flairs out at the waistline. It is long enough for some to wear as a dress with a pair of boots but also perfect for leggings of over jeans. It is practical, yet flirty and good for all ages and sizes. Double-drift dye design.
